Bipolar Community Peer Support Group

Welcome to Bipolar Community: A Free Peer Support Group

Looking for a supportive and informative space to connect with others who understand the challenges of Bipolar disorder? Welcome to Bipolar Community, a free peer support group open to adults aged 18 and up. Whether you’re living with Bipolar 1 or 2, or supporting a loved one who is, our group is here for you.

We meet every other Monday evening from 7:15-8:15 PM, creating a warm and welcoming environment for all attendees. Led by Amanda, the Founder of Monarch Mental Health and a fellow Bipolar 1 warrior, our sessions are both engaging and insightful. We follow the guidance of Julie A. Fast's book, "Take Charge of Bipolar," ensuring that our discussions are not only supportive but also filled with practical knowledge.

To join us, simply register through Monarch Mental Health's Eventbrite page. Come share your experiences, gain valuable insights, and become part of a community that truly understands.

We can’t wait to meet you!
