THANK YOU & DEDICATION

Battling Bipolar is challenging enough without a tribe. I cannot thank those on and off this list who have helped me feel loved, accepted, & supported. Not everyone understands Bipolar. They will never know the individualized Bipolar you battle with, but there is always hope in raising awareness. That battle starts with you understanding your growth and knowledge you gain with this illness and being able to share your story. The best thing others can do is ask questions about your loved one’s journey.
